Sasha McLean is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Houston Texas. She is the Executive Director of Archway Academy, a high school for teens in recovery from substance use disorders and other co-occurring issues. Archway Academy is currently the largest recovery high school in the nation and a leader in research and program development.
Sasha is also the Board Chairman for the National Association of Recovery Schools. Prior to Archway, Sasha was the Director of The High Road at The Council on Alcohol and Drugs Houston where she ran the Alternative Peer Group and Intensive Outpatient Program. She has participated in several documentaries and been featured in local and national news stories.
Sasha and Archway Academy were most recently featured in the independent documentary film GENERATION FOUND by filmmaker Greg Williams. Sasha is a sought-after presenter and speaks nationwide about addiction, recovery schools, teen development, organizational safety, failure to launch and media influences on youth.
